Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Standard Delivery – Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually arrives within 1–2 working days.

• Premium Delivery (£4.99) – Sent via DPD Next Working Day. For the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, delivery is via DPD Two Day.

Yes — at checkout you can choose to spread the cost of your purchase using Klarna, Clearpay / Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 3.

Unless otherwise stated, our products come with a 6-month return-to-base (RTB) warranty. Some refurbished items include a 12-month RTB warranty (this will be specified on the product listing).

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period:

• Contact us at sales@cde-outlet.com to request a returns number.

• Once authorised, return the item to us for testing.

• If the fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Please note:

• Items sold as “For Parts” or “Not Working” are excluded and carry no warranty.

• The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications/repairs.

• Batteries and similar consumable parts aren’t covered under warranty. They’re tested before dispatch, but battery life and capacity aren’t guaranteed.
