Delivery Information


Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not guarantee weekend dispatch or delivery.
     

Delivery Services

We currently use the following trusted carriers:

  • Royal Mail Tracked – reliable tracked service for small/medium parcels.
  • DPD Next Day – next working day delivery for larger or urgent orders.
  • DPD Two Day – for the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

At checkout, you may be offered a choice of delivery methods depending on your order size and delivery location.
 

Delivery Timescales

  • Royal Mail Tracked: typically 1 to 2 working days (not guaranteed).
  • DPD Next Day: next working day (Monday–Friday) for orders dispatched before 2:00 pm.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday only (excluding bank holidays).
  • We cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, peak seasonal demand).
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be sent using a DPD two-day service.
     

Tracking Your Order

  • All deliveries include a tracking number, provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your parcel in real time.
     

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and delivery method selected. Any promotional offers on delivery will be clearly stated on our website.
 

Collection of Items

We also offer a collection service for customers who prefer to pick up their order in person.

  • Collections are strictly by appointment only.
  • Please do not arrive without confirmation, as your items may not be ready and our team may not be available to assist you.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
     

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
     

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted:

  • Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at your local sorting office.
  • DPD will provide options to reschedule or collect from a local Pickup Shop.

It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection within the carrier’s specified time.
 

Delays or Lost Parcels

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery. However, if your order is delayed or missing:

  • Please allow the stated delivery time to pass before contacting us.
  • If your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
