Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by CDE Outlet, a trading name of Computer Disposal Experts Ltd (“the Supplier”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“the Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Company Information
CDE Outlet is a trading name of Computer Disposal Experts Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12275131.
Our registered office and trading address is: Unit 12 Attwood Road, Burntwood Business Park, Burntwood, WS7 3GJ, United Kingdom.
Our VAT registration number is GB 372 6702 89.

2. Formation of Contract
No contract exists between you and us until your order has been accepted, payment has been received in full, and the goods have been dispatched.
An order acknowledgement will be sent automatically by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance will occur upon dispatch of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.
3. Goods and Pricing
All descriptions and prices are correct at the time of publication on our website.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be confirmed at the point of checkout.
Goods described as “For Parts” or “Not Working” are sold strictly without warranty and must only be purchased for spares or repairs.
Unless otherwise stated, all other goods are supplied with a 6-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty. Certain refurbished items may carry a 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.
Accepted payment methods are displayed on our website.
Payments must be made without any deduction, set-off, or counterclaim unless required by law.
5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout.
Orders received before 2:00pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.
Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received.
If delivery fails due to reasons within your control and the goods are returned to us, they will be stored for up to 90 days. After this period, the goods may be resold. Refunds will be provided only upon request and may be subject to deductions for delivery and handling costs.
Any claims for shortages or transit damage must be notified to us in writing within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.
6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at sales@cde-outlet.com or by post to our registered office address.
You must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, or evidence of return.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any reduction in value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling.
7. Warranty and Returns
Goods described as “For Parts” or “Not Working” are sold without warranty.
Standard goods are supplied with a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
Certain refurbished items carry a 12-month RTB warranty as specified in the product listing.
Warranty claims must be reported to sales@cdeoutlet.com within a reasonable time of discovery of the defect. A returns number must be obtained prior to returning any goods.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear;
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents;
- Modifications or repairs not authorised by us.
Remedies under warranty shall be limited, at our discretion, to repair, replacement, or refund of the goods.
8. Batteries and Consumable Components
Please note that batteries and other consumable components (including but not limited to CMOS batteries, laptop batteries, and rechargeable cells) are not covered under the standard warranty. These items are considered consumables and may degrade over time with normal use.
While we test all devices prior to dispatch to ensure they hold charge and function as expected, battery life and capacity are not guaranteed as part of the warranty. Replacement or deterioration of consumable components is the customer’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. WEEE Disposal
We provide free disposal of redundant IT equipment in compliance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

11. Privacy and Cookies
We take your privacy seriously and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or failure of suppliers.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
